Andrew Goldberg is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.
Mr. Goldberg’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of, and institutional investors in, private investment funds, including domestic and international buyout, mezzanine, infrastructure, real estate, distressed debt, sector/region and secondaries funds, as well as fund of funds.
Mr. Goldberg joined Gibson Dunn in May 2010. In his career, his private equity clients have included Leonard Green, Olympus Partners, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Hamilton Lane, GoldPoint Partners (formerly New York Life), Sheridan, Brookfield, and Tishman Speyer.
Mr. Goldberg received his B.S. summa cum laude from Yeshiva University in 1999. He received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002, where he was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Employment and Labor Law.
Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
