Amber Busuttil Mullen has experience advising on M&A deals and a wide range of other corporate transactions, with a focus on executive compensation aspects.  Having graduated from Columbia with both Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees, Ms. Mullen addresses her clients’ needs with a practical and business-minded perspective.

Ms. Mullen’s clients include public and private companies, investor funds, and private equity portfolio companies in such varied industries as technology, entertainment, financial services, and non-profit.  She also has negotiated executive employment and separation agreements on behalf of both companies and individuals.

Ms. Mullen is active in civic and charitable organizations in her native Los Angeles, and has served on boards or committees for the Los Angeles Museum of Art’s Modern and Contemporary Arts Council and the Venice Family Clinic.  Ms. Mullen is admitted to practice in California and New York.
