Claibourne S. Harrison is a Texas qualified associate practicing in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Prior to July 2006, he practiced in the Dallas, Texas office of the firm, which he joined in 2003.
Mr. Harrison's practice focuses primarily on general corporate and U.S. securities law, which includes representing issuers and managers in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities and advising on acquisition and disposition transactions involving public and private companies.
Mr. Harrison received his J.D. in 2003 from the Duke University School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Duke Law Journal. He graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. degree in Communication in 1999.
