Louis Glass is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  Mr Glass has a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory experience. 

He has advised on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, capital markets and securities transactions and alternative investment fund formations. 

Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Mr Glass practised at a Magic Circle firm in London from 2000 to 2003 and at a leading Israeli law firm from 2004 to 2006.

Mr Glass is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an Advocate at the Israel Bar. He speaks fluent Hebrew.
