Linda Lam is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Orange County, California office, and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. She is also a member of the firm's national Associates Committee. Ms. Lam has experience representing clients in state and federal courts across the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Lam's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions, consumer and commercial class actions, and other commercial disputes. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, high-tech manufacturing and distribution, higher education, energy, insurance, and real estate.
While at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Ms. Lam participated in the Trial Attorney Partnership Program (TAP Program) in conjunction with the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Through the TAP Program, Ms. Lam gained valuable trial and oral argument experience.
Ms. Lam received her law degree in 2003 from Vanderbilt University School of Law. At Vanderbilt, she was Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Ms. Lam earned a bachelor of arts degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.
Ms. Lam is admitted to practice in the State of California and before all the United States District Courts of California. Ms. Lam is also admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
