Mary Ruth Hughes is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.  Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
 
Ms. Hughes earned her law degree in 2002 from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the Southern California Law Review.  She received a B.S. degree cum laude in Accounting in 1998 from California State University, Northridge. 
 
Ms. Hughes is admitted to practice in the State of California.
