Patrick F. Speice, Jr. is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Speice currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and White Collar Defense and Investigations Department, where he focuses on internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and corporate compliance programs. His experience includes representation of clients in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters and securities investigations, and he has provided advice to clients regarding implementation of compliance programs. Mr. Speice also works in the firm’s International Trade Regulation and Compliance Department, focusing on export controls, foreign investment regulations, and economic sanctions compliance.
Mr. Speice earned his J.D. in 2006 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where he served as an Articles Editor for the William and Mary Law Review and as a Graduate Research Fellow. He earned a B.A. in political science cum laude in 2003 from Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the nationally ranked policy debate team.
