Steven F. C. Cochrane is a Scottish qualified Associate in the London Office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and deals with the wide range of UK employment law issues including drafting and negotiating executive service agreements, consultancy agreements and compromise/severance agreements, drafting and reviewing staff handbooks and providing general advice in relation to issues such as redundancy (including collective redundancy exercises), unfair dismissal and discrimination. Mr. Cochrane has particular expertise in providing UK and international clients with pragmatic, commercially focused advice in relation to the TUPE Regulations and more widely, the employment law aspects of transactions such as business transfers, corporate restructurings, flotations, outsourcing arrangements, private equity investments and real estate deals.

Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in April 2008, Mr. Cochrane was an employment lawyer with Dundas & Wilson.
