Stephen I. Glover is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice Group. He has an extensive practice representing public and private companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt offerings and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Glover has been ranked one of the top five corporate transactions attorneys in Washington, D.C. for the past six years (2005 – 2010) by Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers. In August 2009 he was named as a finalist for the top Washington Corporate M&A lawyer by The Washington Business Journal. He was also a finalist in 2007 and 2005, and won the award in 2004.
