Tyler R. Green is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher, where he practices in the firm's Litigation Department.  He is a member of the firm's Appellate and Constitutional Law, Class Action and Complex Litigation, and Crisis Management practice groups.  He has represented clients in all phases of complex litigation, including before several federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.

Mr. Green has served as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas of the Supreme Court of the United States, to Judge Michael W. McConnell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and to Judge Paul G. Cassell of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.  He graduated first in his class from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2005 and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  He served as Editor in Chief of the Utah Law Review, received the S.J. and Jesse E. Quinney Foundation Scholarship, and was designated a William H. Leary Scholar. Mr. Green received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Utah in 2001.

Mr. Green is a member of the District of Columbia bar, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia and Tenth Circuits.
