Wayne P.J. McArdle

Wayne McArdle, who is qualified in England, is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. McArdle has advised clients for over 20 years on a wide variety of public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings.  

Mr. McArdle has represented financial institutions and investors on acquisitions, disposals, financings, joint ventures, insolvent workouts and privatisations in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America in various sectors.

He has been identified as a recommended lawyer in the field of Private Equity by Best Lawyers on an annual basis from 2009-2012, by Chambers and Partners UK from 2005-2010, and by Chambers and Partners Global from 2005-2008.
