Aaron B. Holmes is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where his practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Holmes’ representations have included public and private transactions, leveraged buy-outs, hostile takeovers and proxy contests (offense and defense), joint ventures, governance matters and a wide range of other complex corporate transactions. In addition, Mr. Holmes has extensive experience with a variety of securities transactions, representing both issuers and underwriters in registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings. Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Mr. Holmes practiced as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Mr. Holmes earned a Juris Doctor cum laude in 2007 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Hamilton College in 2001. Mr. Holmes is admitted to practice in the State of New York. |
