David Fotouhi is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fotouhi served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Fotouhi received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2010. While at Harvard, Mr. Fotouhi received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership and served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and as President of the Harvard Federalist Society. In 2007, Mr. Fotouhi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University, where he majored in History and Political Science. Mr. Fotouhi is admitted to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia. |
