He advises (listed) German and foreign companies and PE Funds on all aspects of corporate law. Lutz Englisch has broad expertise in domestic, cross border and multi-jurisdictional M&A, including stock corporation law, transformation law and equity capital markets transactions. His stock corporation law practice also comprises executive and supervisory board matters and stockholders meetings.

Mr. Englisch has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 1990. He is a member of the Munich Bar, the German Bar Association and the German In-house Lawyers Association.
