Steve Finley, a partner in Gibson Dunn's New York office, is a co-chair of the Capital Markets Practice Group and a member of the Corporate Transactions Practice Group. He represents major investment banking firms as underwriters of domestic and international securities offerings, as placement agents in private offerings of securities and as financial advisors in merger and acquisition transactions. He also represents foreign and domestic corporations in public and private securities offerings, liability management programs and mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in over 500 public offerings, including the $5.5 billion initial public offering of United Parcel Service, representing investment banking firms and issuers. Mr. Finley has been nominated to the International Financial Law Review 2008 as a Leading Lawyer in US Capital Markets - Debt and Equity.
