F. Joseph Warin and Lawrence Zweifach Named to World’s Most Highly Regarded Investigations Lawyers List

Who’s Who Legal and Global Investigations Review have named Washington, D.C. partner F. Joseph Warin and New York partner Lawrence Zweifach to their list of the World’s 10 Most Highly Regarded Investigations Lawyers based on a survey of clients and peers. Warin, one of the “most highly nominated practitioners,” is noted as a “‘favourite’ of audit and special committees of public companies” and “phenomenally good on all things FCPA.” Zweifach is singled out as “one of the foremost experts in New York,” in part for his representation of UBS AG in connection with LIBOR investigations.

Also recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Investigations 2016 are Washington, D.C. partners David Burns deemed “excellent” for his work across “federal, state, and regulatory investigations,” and Richard Grime noted as “brilliant” for internal investigation, compliance and corporate governance work; Los Angeles partners Debra Wong Yang highlighted as “terrific in all areas,” and Marcellus McRae and Orange County partner Nicola Hanna, in their inaugural appearances on the list based on their “strong showing in this year’s research;” Hong Kong partner Kelly Austin is noted for being “very well regarded by clients and peers across Asia;” and UAE partner Graham Lovett is deemed an “‘excellent choice’ for anyone looking for counsel in this sector in the UAE.”
