Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Stacey Anne Mahoney will be joining the New York office as partner. Mahoney, previously a partner with Constantine Cannon LLP in New York, focuses her practice on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation. She is the current Chair of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association.

About Stacey Anne Mahoney
Mahoney focuses her practice on antitrust litigation and counseling. She regularly represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and counsels clients on competitor collaborations, distribution practices and pricing policies. Her antitrust experience covers a wide variety of industries, including retail electronics sales, standard setting, glass manufacturing, automobile sales and repair, lightning protection and ready-to-eat cereals.
In addition, Mahoney has experience in complex commercial litigation, including business torts, class actions, false and/or deceptive advertising, defamation, Title VII, securities and insurance. She has particular litigation experience in the marketing, advertising, promotions, retail and electronic payment systems industries.
Mahoney is the current Chair of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association and is an active member of the New York Women Antitrust Lawyers.
Prior to joining the firm, Mahoney practiced as a partner with Constantine Cannon in New York since 1997. She clerked for U.S. District Court Judge K. Michael Moore in the Southern District of Florida from 1994 to 1996. Mahoney received her J.D. from Fordham University Law School in 1994, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Environmental Law Journal, was a member of Moot Court and received Fordham's Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
