Gibson Dunn Adds Corporate Partner in the New York Office

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce Peter J. "Peter is a great addition to the firm," said Ken Doran, Chair and Managing Partner of Gibson Dunn.  "He is an excellent lawyer and well-respected on Wall Street.  His extensive M&A experience in the energy sector will complement multiple practices at the firm."

“We are excited to have Peter join us in New York,” said Steven Shoemate, Co-Partner in Charge of Gibson Dunn's New York office.  “He brings added capability to our corporate practice in New York and firmwide.”

“I am delighted to join Gibson Dunn,” said Hanlon.  “Gibson Dunn is a top-tier firm that has a broad geographic and practice-area platform that will be of great benefit to my clients.”
