Supreme Court Round-Up: A Summary of the Court’s Opinions, Cases to Be Argued Next Term, and Other Developments (July 2015)

Following the close of the Supreme Court’s 2014 Term, Gibson Dunn’s Supreme Court Round-Up provides summaries of the Court’s opinions, the questions presented in cases that will be heard by the Court next Term, and other key developments on the Court’s docket.  The Court heard argument in 66 cases and issued 74 opinions during its 2014 Term.  Gibson Dunn represented parties in three cases and amici in seven cases.  At this time, the Court has accepted 27 cases for argument during its 2015 Term.
