International Financial Law Review named Fajr Capital, Blackstone and Mumtalakat’s acquisition of a minority stake in GEMS as the M&A Deal of the Year at its IFLR 2015 Middle East Awards. Gibson Dunn's Dubai office represented Blackstone in its investment in consortium with Fajr and Mumtalakat.
