This update examines why Germany does not require anti-(anti) suit injunctions and how EU entities with a nexus to Germany can counter Russian avoidance tactics in German courts, particularly in light of Russian anti-arbitration injunctions based on Article 248.1 of the Russian Arbitration Procedure Code.
