Gibson Dunn’s Project and Infrastructure team represented International Transportation Service, LLC, operator of the Piers G and J container terminal under a preferential assignment from the City of Long Beach, in connection with its $365 million Slip Fill Project to expand terminal capacity, under a construction contract with Griffith/Dutra Joint Venture, with financing provided in part under $424 million of new credit facilities provided by ING Capital LLC and other lenders.
