The Director of Real Estate is responsible for managing all facets of project management for firm-wide real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, close-out, implementing, and maintaining all real estate projects. The Director is responsible for the entire real estate cycle from identifying space through completion, while accomplishing these and other critical functions. This role will have global responsibility for all existing office space as well as being involved in future space planning to ensure an effective, innovative and dynamic use of space is achieved. This position is open to all U.S. office locations of Gibson Dunn, with preference for the individual to be working in the New York, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. |

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $200-270k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
