Based in any of our US locations, the Knowledge Management Attorney will support the Firm’s KM Group specifically focusing efforts on the M&A and Private Equity M&A Practice Groups in developing, implementing and maintaining Practice Group KM resources, to increase efficiencies and optimize client service delivery within the Firm.
This position is part of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Group and collaborates across offices, practice groups, and infrastructure departments, including Research Library Services, Marketing and Business Development, Information Technology and other various administrative and operational teams, to successfully execute knowledge management initiatives. The KM Attorney maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.
The role reports to the Counsel & Director, Knowledge Management – Transactional and the Director, KM & Innovation.
Responsibilities Include:

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $200-300k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
