Based in New York, the Practice Group Management Program Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support to the Practice Management team, across multiple departments.

This role reports to the Chief Legal Operations Officer and will work closely with the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Practice Group Managers with planning and logistics for practice group meetings, events, trainings, and presentations, including event planning and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Manage calendar of internal, practice-group specific meetings and events.
  • Prepare internal reports and analyses regarding associate hours and utilization.
  • Assist with various tracking projects, including handling internal communications, gathering information, and data entry and analysis.
  • Assist Practice Group Managers with development and maintenance of internal databases to support Practice Group Leaders.
  • Assist Practice Group Managers with coordinating various strategic initiatives, as needed by each practice group.
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner and be a resource for practice management-related inquires .
  • Interface and collaborate with key personnel in other departments, including Human Resources, Accounting, Professional Development, Diversity, and the Firm-wide Legal Recruiting Department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • University degree
  • Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • Former project management experience or PM certifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual compensation range for this position is $90-112k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
