Based in any U. S. Gibson Dunn office, the Project Manager – Tenant Improvement will assist with managing the full life cycle of the Firm’s real estate portfolio, including acquisition, interiors construction administration for new/remodeled space and decommissioning. As part of a team, this role will work closely with the relevant internal team members and external business partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
The Project Manager – Tenant Improvement will have full transparency and responsibility for providing support and driving the creation (or acquisition) of contracts, agreements, payment requests, invoices and budget creation and reconciliation, among other content. Along with the Director of Real Estate, the Project Manager – Tenant Improvement will promote internal client engagement and relationship management, including setting and attending meetings, creating or facilitating related content and contributing to detailed financial and occupancy analysis and recommendations. This role will also work closely with the other Global Services departments to provide additional support on department infrastructure and broader department projects as needed.
This role reports to the Director of Real Estate.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $100-150k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
