Based in the Washington, D.C. office, the Recruiting and Professional Development Coordinator will provide hands-on coordination and support for all aspects of on-campus recruiting, associate/of counsel and clerk hiring, and associate/of counsel and clerk onboarding, integration, and development. This position is an integral part of the Washington, D.C. Recruiting and Professional Development teams, which partner with the Chief Recruiting Officer and Chief Professional Development Officer in all phases of recruiting and professional development efforts. The role focuses more on the hiring, onboarding, and integration of new joiners and current attorneys versus summer program and seasonal student engagement. The Recruiting and Professional Development Coordinator will report directly to the Washington, D.C. Recruiting Director and the Washington, D.C. Professional Development Manager. Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $82-90k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
