Gibson Dunn’s Washington, D.C. office is seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience with regulatory or enforcement matters involving pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturers, health care providers, and/or other regulated health care entities, or with food and cosmetics companies. Qualified candidates must have experience with at least some of the following areas: the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; Federal health care program regulations, such as Medicare and Medicaid requirements; the False Claims Act; and/or the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and/or Sunshine Act. Strong academic credentials and writing and research skills are required. Class of 2019+.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $295,000 and $415,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
