Your role:
As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will be the driving force behind intricate finance transactions, ensuring seamless execution from inception to closing. Your role is crucial, serving as the primary legal advisor to our clients and collaborating with various practice groups to deliver comprehensive solutions. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth within the firm
Qualifications and experience:
You are a UK qualified candidate [with a Juris Doctor degree or equivalent, ideally admitted to practice in the U.S.] which should include [3-6 years] in leveraged finance, preferably within a major law firm setting, and a demonstrated capability in managing complex transactions. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in legal research and financial analysis are essential.
