Role Overview

In addition to traditional real estate work, you’ll have the opportunity to be trained and gain invaluable experience in private equity real estate (including the acquisition / sale of SPVs and negotiation of joint venture agreements) and leisure & hospitality transactions.  You will also be providing real estate support on major global corporate and financing work.  This role offers a unique blend of hands-on real estate work and the opportunity to develop expertise in cutting-edge investment deals.

Qualifications and Experience

You will be a Newly Qualified Associate having completed a Real Estate seat as part of your training rotation and have experience in, or a desire to specialise in the real estate private equity sector.  Other experience in private equity, hospitality transactions, or real estate finance would also be helpful.

Ultimately, we’re looking for an associate with real entrepreneurial spirit, ambition and a self-starting attitude, eager to join a dynamic, market-leading practice.
