BIOGRAPHY

​Ade Adesiyan is an English qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Adesiyan has a wide range of experience acting for public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and capital markets transactions.  He has particular expertise in the technology, energy, infrastructure, real estate and retail sectors.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Adesiyan trained and practised in the London office of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, where he completed secondments to the Singapore office and to the London office of an oil and gas supermajor.
