Sara Almahayni

Associate Attorney

Sara Almahayni is an associate in Gibson Dunn's Riyadh office. She specializes in capital markets and corporate law, bringing comprehensive experience in both transactional matters and regulatory frameworks. Her diverse practice includes drafting key regulations and legislation for various Saudi government entities, actively contributing to the creation and refinement of essential legal infrastructures and advising on the establishment and structuring of new entities within Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Sara honed her expertise at a semi-governmental organization, where she focused on contracts and commercial agreements. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University and earned her Master of Laws degree from Duke University.
