Maïwenn Béas is a French qualified Of Counsel in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Administrative Law and Regulatory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Antitrust & Competition, Public-Private Partnerships, Energy and Regulation & Litigation Practices.
Ms. Béas practices in the area of public and administrative law and regularly deals with privatizations and restructuring matters for State-owned companies, public-private partnerships and public contracts, as well as urban planning law, environmental law and public domain issues. She also assists clients on the regulatory aspects of their activities in regulated sectors.
She frequently advises on litigation matters on behalf of State-owned or private companies in the context of disputes related to administrative law before various jurisdictions, including the French Constitutional Court.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2004, Ms. Béas spent four years working in two French law firms with Paris office partner Nicolas Baverez.
