Léna Bionducci is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she serves as a member of the Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation Practice Group. She focuses on IT, digital and privacy-related matters.
Ms. Bionducci advises national and international clients of various industry sectors on complex legal matters related to technology and innovation.
She has developed a specific expertise in data protection and cybersecurity, including assisting clients with multinational operations on their global privacy compliance programs and data security issues. She regularly advises companies in relation to international data transfers, data breach management and in the context of procedures before the French data protection authority.
She also assists clients in relation to various innovative digital solutions, including lnternet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT).
Léna Bionducci regularly advises on data privacy and IT aspects of M&A transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Ms. Bionducci graduated Valedictorian from the Sorbonne’s Master’s degree in IT & Business Law and completed a two-year highly selective program preparing for the French Grandes Écoles.
She speaks English and French fluently.
