BIOGRAPHY

Jessica L. Bondy is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group.

Ms. Bondy represents public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Bondy was a corporate associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and in London. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2015 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Distinguished Scholar, an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, a recipient of the Jacob Burns Medal, awarded for special and significant achievements and contributions in a variety of law school academic activities, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Bondy received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2010.

Ms. Bondy is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
