Roxane Chrétien is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the Firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation Practice Group.

Roxane Chrétien focuses her practice on technology and digital matters, with an emphasis on data protection (including drafting Binding Corporate Rules) and cybersecurity, strategic digital transformation, as well as IT contracts drafting and negotiation.

She routinely advises clients on e-commerce issues (such as DSA compliance projects) and in connection with their most innovative and complex projects, including Non-Fungible Tokens [NFTs], Metaverse Projects, lnternet of Things [IoT], Artificial Intelligence [AI], Fintech, big data and cloud-based solutions.

Admitted to the Paris bar in 2023, Ms. Chrétien graduated from Université Grenoble Alpes in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Intellectual property and new technologies law.

She speaks English fluently.
