Nathan Eagan is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Eagan received his Juris Doctor in 2021 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Karsh-Dillard Scholar and a Law and Public Service Fellow.  At UVA Law, Mr. Eagan served as Director of the Virginia Law Prison Project, worked as a research assistant on topics related to police misconduct and governance, and participated in the Virginia Innocence Project Clinic.  He also completed externships at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia and at Raphah Institute.  Before law school, Mr. Eagan worked in digital advertising after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing summa cum laude  from Messiah University in 2015.

Mr. Eagan is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
