Laura Erstad is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Ms. Erstad earned her Juris Doctor in 2019 from New York University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Review of Law & Social Change.  She graduated from Columbia University in 2012, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Human Rights.

Prior to law school, Ms. Erstad was a Teach for America corps member in New York City.  During this time, she also received a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, graduating in 2014 with distinction.

Ms. Erstad is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
