Kelsey Ferrari is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Ferrari’s practice covers a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing and joint ventures.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Ferrari served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rodney Gilstrap of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Ms. Ferrari graduated as valedictorian from Baylor Law School in 2015, where she served as a technical editor of the Baylor Law Review. In 2012, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in professional writing summa cum laude from Baylor University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Ferrari is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
