Alexandra Grossbaum is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Grossbaum’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, employment investigations, counseling, and litigation, and complex commercial and business litigation. Ms. Grossbaum has represented a diverse range of clients, including those in the fashion, technology, and financial service industries, in complex matters in state and federal courts in all phases of litigation, including as a member of a winning trial team. She also has experience representing brands in connection with trademark issues, investigating and counseling clients on various employment issues such as discrimination and compliance with state and federal laws, and pursing complex and creative judgment enforcement strategies.
Ms. Grossbaum maintains an active pro bono practice. She works on a variety of immigration matters and is currently representing clients seeking asylum applications, U-Visa applications, and applications for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Ms. Grossbaum also works with various non-profit organizations, providing advice on various employment issues, updating the organizations’ employment policies, and conducting sexual harassment training. Ms. Grossbaum also works with pro bono clients on a variety of trademark and copyright issues.
Ms. Grossbaum received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2015 from the University of Michigan where she served as Production Editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2011.
Ms. Grossbaum is admitted to practice is the State of New York. She is also admitted in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
