Keron Guo is an associate attorney in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Beijing office and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.
Ms. Guo has substantial experience in the representation of private and public companies and private equity funds in cross-border acquisitions, private equity transactions, stock and asset transactions, going private transactions, and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2018, Ms. Guo worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where she spent three years in its Hong Kong office.
Ms. Guo received her Master of Law from University of Virginia School of Law in 2018, where she was a Senior Editor of the Virginia Tax Review. She received her Juris Doctor and a China law Juris Master from Peking University School of Transnational Law in 2014, where she was the recipient of various Dean’s Citations for Academic Excellence in corporate law courses.
Ms. Guo is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English.
