Daniel A. Guttenberg is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Guttenberg graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2021, where he was a founding officer of the Texas Lawyers Club.  He earned his undergraduate degrees at the University of California at Davis, where he double-majored in English and Dramatic Arts.  Prior to law school, Mr. Guttenberg honed his skills as a collaborator and team leader in his work as a copywriter, actor, and director.

Mr. Guttenberg is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
