BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Herrera is of counsel in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles Office. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Mr. Herrera’s real estate practice includes the representation of private equity funds, REITS, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators, lenders and borrowers in a broad range of matters including the acquisition and disposition of direct and indirect interests in vacant land, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multifamily, residential, mixed use, industrial and data centers; the formation and negotiation of joint ventures; and complex mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financings, with an emphasis on construction financings. Mr. Herrera also has extensive experience representing clients on commercial leases, ground leases and ground leasehold financings.

Mr. Herrera received his law degree in 2007 from the University of Southern California and served as a Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Herrera is licensed to practice in the State of California.
