BIOGRAPHY

Rebecca Ho is an associate in Hong Kong. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Ms. Ho’s practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including tax, trust, estate administration, companies and securities enforcement matters. She also has experience advising on a wide range of contentious regulatory matters, and advises listed companies and financial institutions on regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings and market misconduct issues.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Ho practiced at a magic circle firm in Hong Kong. She is also a former in-house counsel at the Securities and Futures Commission during which time she was involved in a variety of matters relating to the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

Ms. Ho received her Bachelor of Laws degree with honors from the University of Bristol in 2006, and earned her Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2008. She is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
