Julia M. Hurley is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Ms. Hurley advises foreign and domestic investment banks, institutional lenders, financial institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers, and other real estate investors in all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, partnerships and joint ventures and construction and permanent financings. Ms. Hurley has experience in complex structured finance transactions, including originations of mortgage and mezzanine loans, intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, loan syndications, participations and other acquisitions and dispositions of real property interests.
Ms. Hurley earned her Juris Doctor with honors in 2015 from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Hurley was an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review. Before law school, Ms. Hurley attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Global Studies, with a minor in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
Ms. Hurley is admitted to practice in the State of California and the State of North Carolina.
