Rachel Keirstead is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.  Her practice focuses on labor and employment.

In 2022, Ms. Keirstead received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the Georgetown University Law Center.  While at Georgetown, Ms. Keirstead was a member of Georgetown’s Civil Rights Clinic and earned the John F. Kennedy Labor Law Award.

In 2019, Ms. Keirstead earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Colgate University, where she received degrees in political science and English literature with honors.

Ms. Keirstead is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
