Claudia D. Kraft is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she focuses her practice on healthcare enforcement and compliance matters. Ms. Kraft’s experience includes representing clients in civil and criminal investigations involving allegations of healthcare fraud and abuse and off-label promotion, counseling clients regarding healthcare compliance programs, and advising clients on an array healthcare regulatory matters, with an emphasis on fraud and abuse under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Kraft was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where she worked predominantly on healthcare regulatory and enforcement matters.
Ms. Kraft received her law degree from Yale Law School in 2015. While at Yale Law School, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest honors, from the University of Virginia, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Kraft is a member of the bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
