Theodore Kwong is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and practices in the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Practice Groups. Mr. Kwong has experience in various phases of litigation, including conducting direct and cross examination of expert witnesses at trial; preparing for expert depositions; fact discovery; pre-suit due diligence; pretrial briefing; and post-trial briefing.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Kwong served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew S. Hanen in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Kwong earned his law degree in 2013 from the University of Virginia, where he was the executive editor of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Mr. Kwong graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2009, with a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a B.A. in Political Science. He also studied philosophy at Oxford University during the 2008 spring semester.
