Patricia Labussek is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups.
Ms. Labussek focuses her litigation practice on white collar defense, regulatory investigations and compliance matters that often have cross-border elements.
Ms. Labussek studied law at the University of Giessen, Germany, where she passed her first state exam in 2015. Subsequently, she worked for two years as a research assistant in the tax and tax compliance practice of a major German law firm in Frankfurt. During her legal clerkship, Ms. Labussek worked for three months for the German embassy in Cuba.
Ms. Labussek passed her second state exam at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main in 2019. She has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) since 2020.
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and advanced in Spanish.
