Katherine Lau is an associate in the Los Angeles Office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the Corporate Department.

Ms. Lau graduated summa cum laude from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where was she elected to the Order of the Coif, a Sayre MacNeil Scholar, and the recipient of the William T. Aggeler Award for ranking first in her graduating class. While in law school, Ms. Lau served as Managing Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and as a judicial extern to both the Honorable Richard M. Neiter of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In 2012, Ms. Lau graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Ms. Lau is admitted to practice law in the State of California and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
